PRESS RELEASE Landauer Metropolitan Becomes a Group Health Incorporated (GHI) Provider August 16, 2005 Landauer Metropolitan, Inc., announced today their participation as a Home Medical Equipment provider for Group Health Incorporated (GHI). This provider agreement will allow Landauer Metropolitan to provide home respiratory equipment and HME to GHI members in the greater New York area. GHI is the latest addition to Landauer’s extensive list of contracted health insurers, which include the vast majority of HMO’s and PPO’s in New York. GHI is a statewide not-for-profit health insurer serving New Yorkers since 1937. GHI and its wholly-owned subsidiary, GHI HMO, provide health insurance and administrative services to more than 2.6 million people. GHI offers customers a variety of PPO, EPO, HMO, and prescription drug plans. Landauer Metropolitan is the largest provider of HME and home respiratory care in the greater New York area, with its corporate offices located in Mt.
