PRESS RELEASE LMI Sleep Diagnostics to Commence Operations at Stamford Hospital August 15, 2005 LMI Sleep Diagnostics Division of Landauer Metropolitan, Inc., announced today it will commence operations at Stamford Hospital on September 1, 2005. On May 19, 2005, Landauer Metropolitan and the Stamford Health System executed an agreement for LMI Sleep Diagnostics to provide management services for the Connecticut Center for Sleep Medicine located in Stamford Hospital. LMI will provide the latest technology and support services to further enhance the reputation of this six-bed Sleep Center as the leading regional facility in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. LMI Sleep Diagnostics has employed the services of Mark McKeever, RPSGT, REEGT, to supervise operations at Stamford Hospital. Mark is the former director of three Sleep Center sites operated by the Yale University School of Medicine. Tom Saulys, Sales Director of LMI Sleep Diagnostics, stated “We are pleased Stamford Hospital has chosen LMI to provide support services for their Sleep Center,” and added, “Having Mark working for LMI, with his 20-plus years of clinical and management experience in sleep diagnostics, will assure patients receive the finest care possible at Stamford.” LMI Sleep Diagnostics provides comprehensive management services at five Sleep Centers located in New Jersey and Connecticut. The Sleep Diagnostics division performs approximately 3500 annual sleep studies, offering creative management and support solutions for both existing and start-up sleep centers.
