CPAP / BiLevel / APAP Masks and Supplies

Masks, tubing, filters for your specific CPAP unit can be obtained from Landauer Metropolitan.  To find out if these items are covered by your insurance carrier, contact Landauer Metropolitan Respiratory Care at telephone # 800-631-3031, ext. 3300, and a Respiratory Customer Service Specialist will assist you. 

Each insurance carrier has its own rules regarding covered items.  Please check your coverage for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to make sure you will be reimbursed.  Again, please contact LMI Respiratory Care.
